JSA: Liberty Belle

Liberty Belle from the Justice Society of America. Technically this is Libert Belle II; who was also Jessie Quick. Being the Progeny of Johnny Quick and the Original Liberty Belle...I thought it interesting that she's both a speedster and has super strength...with the crack in the bell on her tunic alos doubling as a lightning bolt. Fun! She's married to the current Hourman, Rick Tyler.
