Super Friends: Wonder Woman by Koku-chan Super Friends: Wonder Woman by Koku-chan
The Super Friends Version of Wonder Woman. Interstingly, they never seemed quite to know what to do with WW in Super Friends..and almost always drew her in a strangely stiff and androgenous fashion. Like..they were worried to make her appear at all feminine. It must've worked. None of the male Super Friends ever seemed to notice she was a woman..in fact, it took Darksied to finally realise; she was worth capturing! XD

This is cool but HB should have spent more time on that eagle, it looked awful in the show with those hideous square wings, glad you rounded them out a bit. HB did get one thing right though, her height, she was taller than Superman as she should be.  HB though is known for using stock body types when designing characters, all teenage characters past 1975 were some variation on Fred and Daphne's models since Scooby had gotten so popular they just decided to play with the model sheets, i wouldn't be surprised if Superfriends aged Fred and Daphne's models for the league and just dressed them in the costumes.

Thanks! Yeah, SF's WW was way less sexy then any other female on the show; her costume really looked awkward the way they did her eagle motiff. Fred may look a bit like Superman, hmmm...have to take another look at that.  :)

You're welcome! and yes it's very easy to tell who's designs were based on Fred and Daphne, Hawkgirl's is the most obvious as it's pretty much longer hair and spandex with a mask and wings instead of the pink/purple/green ensemble. I never saw too much of Fred in Superman though, I saw more of him in Aquaman which was basically putting Fred in the suit and removing all that hair gel, how else would he get it coiffed like that?  Wonder Woman could have used a bit more Daphne in her design though considering that both are supposed to be hot, whether that was developing Wonder Woman a bit more or a more wine-like shade of red since the armor is supposed to be burgundy and navy with gold accents (or diamond ones depending on whether it's gold/silver or bronze/modern age since the belt has been white and gold at times during each).
Other HB shows that used the Fred/Daphne model were Pebbles & Bamm Bamm and any Scooby-esque show of the time.

Don't forget Sinbad the space pirate noticed her too. He hypnotized her to join his crew. ;)
